This research, which has been conducted using descriptive and analytical method, seeks to gather halal tourism among the narrations that have denounced tourism, and it can be found that Islam has set goals for tourism. Things like "travel," "journey," "person," "hijra," and so on are subset of tourism. Hadiths that have denounced travel do not negate halal tourism, because these kinds of hadiths speak of "tourism" in its represumed sense, i.e. monasticism and mobile isolation, safari with a non-religious purpose, such as deceiveness among others. Chinese and the like signify, but good tourism (halal tourism) leads to the sustainability of social life, strengthening the family institution, scientific vitality, gaining useful experiences and the like, so in the discussion of prayer and fasting traveler and the like, different rulings for halal and haram tourism are expressed.

Introduction: Gelatin is made from the collagen of the skin and bones of animals and is widely used in food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics. Given the importance of the halal status of gelatin used in these products, the production and supply of halal gelatin are important in terms of global trade. Today, the solubility of gelatinous products is controlled for the origin of pigs or cattle, but in cases where the capsules or supplements are from fish and aquatic gelatin, they are not detected. Methods: Specific primers for tilapia, salmon, sharks and shrimp were designed using databases and Bioinformatics studies. Then the PCR method was optimized. Finally, the DNA extracted from the capsules, collagen and supplements were amplified with specific primers and displayed on agarose gel. Results: PCR reaction with specific primers of tilapia, salmon, shark and shrimp showed 113, 122, 200 and 132 bp bands on agarose gel, respectively. The specificity, stability and repeatability of the method were confirmed for each pair of primers. PCR with DNA extracted from gelatin and collagen capsules also confirmed the origin of aquatic animals. Conclusion: In this study, for the first time, the origin of collagen and gelatin capsules were identified using specific primers of tilapia, salmon, shark and shrimp and PCR. The results showed that specific primers are able to amplify the expected band and identify the source. Therefore, with this method, the solubility of the mentioned cases can be checked, approved or rejected in a short period of time before entering the country.

This study has been written about the growing of Muslim tourists in the world with the aim of introducing halal tourism in Iran and recognizing Iran's challenges and opportunities in this market. And this causes a huge opportunity for all stakeholders, in the tourism industry, due to the growth of travel desire, in Muslim travelers. That requires study and understanding, the cultural and religious needs of Muslim travelers, to create products and services that they required. Therefore, in this regard, to study the factors affecting in halal tourism and Iran's ranking in the world of halal tourism according to the annual report of the Muslim World Travel Index for 2019. In addition, since halal tourism has become the fastest growing industry in the global travel industry, Iran should study and compare it with other pioneering Muslim countries in halal tourism and recognizing opportunities and introducing challenges of Iran so that, with government support, challenges convert to opportunities and hence improve Iran's ranking in this industry.

Introduction and purpose: Cream is a part of milk that is separated from milk by creaming operation and due to its nutritious environment, it is a suitable culture medium for the growth of microbes. Therefore, the general purpose of this study was to investigate the microbial contamination of traditional cream in Tehran. Study method: In this study, a total of 60 samples of traditional cream from milk sales units and traditional dairy products were collected randomly in Tehran. Necessary microbiological tests were performed according to Iranian national standards and then the data were analyzed using 19 SPSS statistical software. Results: The results of this study showed that out of 60 samples of contamination (3.3%) of the samples to Staphylococcus aureus 36.7% to gram-negative gram-negative agents, 30% to Escherichia coli and 88.3% to mold and yeast and 30% to Anterobacteriosis gram-negative intestinal bacilli accounted for 51.7% of the microbial cream samples above the standard allowable limit. Discussion and Conclusion: In this study, the contamination of traditional creams with various microorganisms in Tehran was observed, which is consistent with many previous studies conducted in Iran and other countries on milk and dairy products. Although the sources of contamination have not been identified in the present study, the results could indicate unsanitary conditions for the production, distribution and sale of this type of cream.

Considering that the world's population will increase to 9 billion by 2050, an important concern of today's societies is food supply for living organisms. Due to resource constraints, the amount of energy consumed to prepare animal protein, a population increase, rising food prices and many other cases, it is anticipated that extracted protein from edible insects due to the density of nutrients per gram, they are far better than beef or even fish, which can be included in the diet of livestock and poultry. In this study, fat and protein calculated together by Soxhlet and Keldal methods, moisture, ash and fiber by drying and burning method and carbohydrates by mathematical equation by Tenebrio molittor and Zophobas morio larvae to prepare livestock and poultry rations after 3 generations of feeding from carrots and potatoes With an average of 19.68 ± 0. 207 and 18.93 ± 0. 383 for protein and an average of 13.89± 0. 415 and 16.79± 0. 496 for fat. Also, fat, fiber and carbohydrate were higher in Zophobas morio larvae and moisture content was higher in Tenebrio molittor larvae, which there was no significant difference between the protein and ash content of the two larvae (P>0.05), but significant differences were observed between fat content, Moisture, fiber and carbohydrates (p < 0.05) which can be considered in the diet of livestock and poultry due to the presses of these compounds.
