Abstract

This research, which has been conducted using descriptive and analytical method, seeks to gather halal tourism among the narrations that have denounced tourism, and it can be found that Islam has set goals for tourism. Things like "travel," "journey," "person," "hijra," and so on are subset of tourism. Hadiths that have denounced travel do not negate halal tourism, because these kinds of hadiths speak of "tourism" in its represumed sense, i.e. monasticism and mobile isolation, safari with a non-religious purpose, such as deceiveness among others. Chinese and the like signify, but good tourism (halal tourism) leads to the sustainability of social life, strengthening the family institution, scientific vitality, gaining useful experiences and the like, so in the discussion of prayer and fasting traveler and the like, different rulings for halal and haram tourism are expressed.
