Abstract

The Quran, the great and eternal miracle of the prophet Mohammad (S) is the charter of the wellbeing and human conduct. The current study compares the views of the Quran about arthropods with the scientific & health results of the contemporary period. Arthropod names where directly or indirectly implied in the Quran were retrieved. Then, for each, the interpretations were given according to the scientific facts and interpret books. Also, their health importance and Halal food regard to the translation and interpretations were discussed. God has talked about 9 arthropod names in the Quran Among them is honey, which is Halal and healing. The name of these arthropods with various purposes is to use proof and reason for human beings, the torment of infidels descends, the similitude of human beings on the Day of Resurrection, the communication of arthropods with human beings, the proof of jinns' ignorance of the unseen, revelation to non-human beings and the weakness of other gods and Halal food have been used. In the meantime, arthropods have been used more as examples, and the emphasis on reason in Quranic allusions has been emphasized 49 times in the Quran. Centuries later, the truth of medical and health fields such as the plague, malaria, and maggot therapy to wound healing mentioned in the Quran has now been identified in detail and brought closer to reality. The various aspects of the creation of animals, especially arthropods, form a significant part of Quranic verses. Therefore, human beings can benefit from this perspective as well.
