Objective: The aim of the present study is to investigate the relationship between halal food and human mood and level of consciousness.
Method: The method of the present study is descriptive-analytical.
Findings: Whether halal food is derived from religious teachings or proven to be healthy in current scientific research - of course, by strictly avoiding religious prohibitions - has a significant effect on improving brain function and having a calm mood. The intake of specific nutrients and several healthy dietary patterns with halal indicators are effective in cognitive disorders. Most epidemiological studies have reported a reduction in the risk of pathology and an increase in the feeling of calm, improved sleep and consciousness
in the consumption of foods that are of plant origin, fish, poultry and whole grains. In contrast, patterns based on processed foods, fats, snacks, sugars and alcohol are associated with an increased risk of cognitive disorders and dementia and intelligence.
Conclusion: Eating a nutritious, balanced diet and cutting back on processed foods and sugar is crucial to staying healthy, strong, and smart! If the human body is balanced in terms of its chemistry and natural compounds, then so is mood, behavior, and intelligence levels.
