ساحت‌ها و دلالت‌های تربیتی گزاره‌های قرآنی ناظر به غذای حلال

چکیده

هدف این پژوهش، بررسی ساحت‌ها و دلالت‌های تربیتی گزاره‌های(آیات)‌ قرآنی ناظر به غذای حلال است. این پژوهش از نوع پژوهش‌های توصیفی، تحلیلی است که با استفاده از منابع کتابخانه‌ای و به طور گسترده‌تر تفاسیر قرآن کریم و منابع روایی انجام شده است. نوآوری پژوهش پرداختن به ساحت‌ها و دلالت‌های تربیتی در آیاتی از قرآن کریم است که ناظر به غذا و تغذیه حلال هستند. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد این گزاره‌ها ناظر به ساحت‌های شناختی، رفتاری، گرایشی و عاطفی بوده و فراتر از پرداختن به موضوعات تغذیه، تربیت انسان در ساحت‌های متعددی را در برمی‌گیرند. دلالت‌های تربیتی مستنبط از آیات نیز مجموعه‌ای از رهنمودهای نظری و عملی را برای دست‌اندرکاران امر تعلیم و تربیت به همراه دارد.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study is to investigate the cultural implications of the Quranic propositions concerning halal food. This research is a descriptive-analytic one which has been done using library resources as well as interpretations of the Holy Quran and narrative sources. The new idea in this paper is addressing cultural aspects and implications in the verses of the Holy Qur'an that deal with nutrition and halal food . The findings indicate that these quranic propositions address cognitive, behavioral and emotional domains and include human nutrition as well as human cultural in multiple domains. The cultural implications associated with the verses also provide a set of theoretical and practical guidelines for educators.
